Content: Lydia Ruyle is an artist/ scholar and author of Goddess Icons Spirit Banner of the Divine Feminine, Woven Word Press, 2002. Her research into sacred images of women has taken her around the globe. Ruyle creates Goddess Icon banners, exhibits them and teaches workshops throughout the U. S. and internationally.
The banners began in Ephesus, Turkey in 1995 from Ruyle`s research and study on the trail of the Mother Goddess in Anatolia.
