Rihan Khanim of Lorestani (5th century) a poetess who was attracted by the love of God (Ezdanî). Her poetry was illuminated by the light of the world and purified by the ages and the sun. The name of this bright star that has risen in the sky of Lorestan is Rihan and she is a woman. According to the book “Serencamê”, she was born in the fifth century near Yafteko in Lorestan. It says that the poet Rihan Khanum was one of Sha Khushin’s close friends and supporters. Most of her poems are about approving, praising and paying homage to Sha Khushin. Some verses of Rihan Khanim were written down and included in the book “Dewrey Sha Khushin” which is very gracious, humble and high. She also had a gifted hand in the tambourine, so she recited her poems in the halls accompanied by her tambourine.
